Our objective at Y and How is to help professional services providers:

Len started his professional career as a Chartered Civil Engineer in the UK and Middle East and then moved into Sales & Marketing in the IT Industry.

 

In 1991, he started his own consultancy, training and coaching practice helping owner managed businesses and professionals sell and market themselves. In the last 18 years, Len has worked with over 2,000 businesses and individuals delivering more than 15,000 hours of consulting, training and coaching. Many of these clients were professionals.

 

As a result of these experiences, Len developed his own unique "Y and How" approach to sales and marketing for professionals leading to the development of The Y and How System© and the formation of Y and How Ltd. 

 

Len is an Executive Coach and Consultant with the Business Faculty of Surrey University and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Managers. He has delivered workshops for Business Link and is a regular speaker at local business events. Len is also the resident Executive Coach at the prestigous Foxhills Country Club and leads their Business Networking Club and meetings. His work has taken him to the USA, Middle East, India and Europe.

 

He takes an active role in local business and community affairs and is a Member, Director and past President of the Surrey Chambers of Commerce.
