In 1991 he started his own consultancy, training and coaching practice helping people and business owners get better results in all aspects of their lives and businesses. In the last 19 years, Len has worked with over 2,000 businesses and individuals delivering more than 15,000 hours of consulting, training and coaching covering all aspects of life and business ownership.

As a result of these experiences, Len developed his "Y and How" approach to helping people achieve better personal and business results. This ensures that people's motivation, emotions, goals and behaviour are all in alingment for greater and easier success and happiness. 

Len is also an Executive Coach and Consultant for The University of Surrey's Business Faculty and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Managers. He has delivered workshops for Business Link and is a regular speaker at local business events. 

He takes an active role in local business and community affairs and is a Member, Director and past President of the Surrey Chambers of Commerce as well as a Director of the South East Chambers of Commerce.

His work has taken him to the USA, Middle East, India and many of the EU member countries.
