The Y and How System©
 
Significantly increasing your revenues and creating a consistant stream of new clients will require you to make a serious effort to make changes for the better. Here's what you need to do:

 

1. Develop a Strong, Compelling, Business and Individual "Y"
Without a strong enough reason (or "Y" as we call it) to make changes, it will be difficult to carry out and follow through the necessary changes that need to make.  Once the "Y" is in place then the "How" becomes much easier. This can involve strategic planning at an organisational level in order to ensure that the firm's business and individual goals are in alignment. It also can be applied to  individuals to maximise thier ability to perform sales and marketing tasks.  
 
2. Feel Better About Having To Do It
If any individuals don't feel good or confident in any way about having to carry out sales and marketing activities, then results will be affected. 4. Improve "How" You Sell
Once you have attracted an enquiry or find your self in a sales situation, you need to be able to make the most of it. It is therefore important that you know what you need to do and how you need to do it. It is also essential that you sell in a way which is congruent with your professional and personal integrity as well as with your organisation's values and purpose. 
 
5. Develop "How" You're Going to Support & Sustain the Resulting Growth Demands
As you improve your sales and marketing and attract more opportunities, clients and revenues, you will need to ensure that your organisation can support and sustain the resulting growth. It is also important to identify who will be doing what and how it will all work together. 
 
Depending on your requirements, you can mix and match any parts of this system to get either a quick boost to any part of your sales and marketing activities right up to a total upgrading of your whole sales and marketing strategy and operations.
